Message	and the tweeter is by default mounted on the speaker (in coaxial form) It sound REALLY good and balanced that way. I've heard both setups with tweets mounted elsewhere and prefer them down low. You still get the highs you need, without the feel that they are right in front of you. 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
